My name is Brandon Smith, yet all my friends call me

Workaroundproductions; ya heard of me? I'm an author, poet, recording artist, producer, and ceramicist from Cedar Rapids. My book "Gribble Grabble" turned 1 years old after being released on 06/03/25. I've been writing and story telling since the age of 7 and found a love for music performance and production by 2023 to help bridge the gap between my written expression. With little to no experience with creating music at the time, I began creating productions on sound trap and began reaching out to several other Cedar Rapids musicians such as theretroskies, Quise, xxdarkmasterxx, rolyjax, noirbabydoll, bestillbeats, and many more. Through the help of these talented artist, I became well versed in the process of creation. Aside from these things, I'm an active member of the 237 Collective in CR and have been a help in event planning and marketing. I also run a radio show called "Good Good Rhythms Radio" where I showcase local music from Iowa that I enjoy. Currently I make the mixes myself as well as any video edits that you may see on social media. At the end of the day, I work around plenty of creative outlets as well as with a variety of creatives and would love to know more of you. God bless you.
